Pre-orders & Production

Some of our products are made to order in limited quantities.

Pre-orders are open for 1 week only. Once the pre-order window closes, we begin production.

Each drill is individually customised, so please allow 3-4 weeks from the end of the pre-order period for delivery.

Shipping Updates

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped and  tracking will be provided where available.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

We ship internationally, but please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
