Pre-orders

  • Delivery timelines are estimates

Custom products (important)

Many of our products are made to order and customised.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Therefore:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be completed before an order is accepted
  • Prices may not include shipping or taxes (shown at checkout)

  • You are authorised to use the payment method

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Customised products are non-refundable unless faulty
